Names Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. This site does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its collection and use.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact message is retained as needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement compels disclosure.
Routine Technical Records
A page request can create a standard technical log used to operate and understand the site. It may contain:
- The internet protocol address used for the request
- The browser name and version
- The device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring page or site, when available
- The date and time of each request
